Version B ranks channels by the team that owns the use case and its top three success metrics. The most-effective card shows the team, the metrics, and whether the metric-driven answer changes, splits, or confirms Version A.
With an app, push notifications and in-app chat are included for app users. Push reaches only users who installed the app and kept notifications on — realistically 40–55% of installs — so the totals assume 50% of volume on the app and 50% on the messaging channel.
